Engine Specification
Mahindra 475 Di is a 42HP (horse power) tractor. It has 4 cylinders, an engine displacement of 2730cc and an advanced engine rated RPM of 1900 that provides maximum power and long engine life.
Braking and Handling
It has a partial constant mesh transmission (optional sliding mesh) type. It is packed up with 8 forward and 2 reverse gears. The brake type is oil brakes and dual clutch is the main clutch type here. Its hydraulic system is powerful and easy to lift heavy implements. This tractor is well suited for long hours seating operations, easy reach levers and power steering. It has multi disk oil immersed brake system which is used for longer life of the brake. The fuel tank capacity is 48 litres. It has a wheelbase of 1945mm for riding purposes. Its lifting capacity is 1200kg. It has a large 6.00*16 + 13.6*12.4 (front + rear) tyres which is used for providing better traction and less slippage in farming action.
