1) Certificate of Registration in original
2) Form 29 duly filled up in duplicate
3) Form 30 duly filled up in duplicate
4) Attested copy of valid vehicle insurance policy
5) Attested copy of address proof of purchaser of vehicle.
6) Attested copy of valid Pollution Under Control Certificate
7) Prescribed fee for registration
8) Attested copy of PAN Card or Form 60 & 61(as applicable)

3) Attested copy of valid vehicle insurance policy
4) Attested copy of address proof of registered owner of vehicle.
5) Attested copy of valid Pollution Under Control Certificate Prescribed fee for registration
6) Attested copy of PAN Card or Form 60 & 61(as applicable)
7) If hypothecation is endorsed in the Registration Certificate, 8) No Objection Certificate from the financer is needed to get the address changed in the Registration Certificate .
