Learner's Licence

Form 2 is required for learner's licence

Application on Plain Paper is required in order to change the address proof.

Addition of Another Class of Vehicle

Form 8 is required for addition of another class of vehicle.

Documents Required

1) Original Driving License
2) Learner's License of relevant Badge
3) Form 1 (Self declaration as to the physical fitness)
4) Form 1A
5) Training Certificate in Form 5 issued by a recognized driving school.
6) Autorisation Form T.V.A for grant to drive Transport Vehicle
7) Character/Bonafied Certificate issued by Police station
