Age greater than 16 years but are less than 18 years are eligible for a Licence to drive only a motor cycle up to 50cc engine capacity i.e. motor cycle without gear. For this, they require the consent of their parents / guardians. Age greater than 18 years are eligible to obtain Licence for a motor cycle equipped with gears and also for a Light Motor Vehicle [Motor Car]. Step 1 - Setting up and Requirements

1) Click on Print Cash Form / Receipt. 2) Fill any one of the given detail either Ref Id/Trans Id or E-Mail Id or Applicant First Name (Not All) and click Search Data. 3) The system will show you your record please check Payment Status 4) If Payment Status is "Payment Not Confirmed" then click on the the "Full View" Please Check your SBI account whether payment has debited or not. 5) If Fees amount has not debited from your SBI account then click on "Re-Payment" 6) If Fees amount has been debited from your SBI account and Payment Status is no Confirm then please enter SBI Ref. No. click on "Request for Re-Payment Confirmation" 7) If Payment Status is "Payment Confirmed" then click on the the "Full View" Print Receipt and Form.Step 5 - Documents to be carried with you

No person shall drive any Motor Vehicle and no owner of Motor Vehicle shall cause or permit the vehicle to be driven in any public place or any other place, unless the vehicle is Registered in accordance with Chapter IV of the MV Act,1988. 1) Age limit in connection with driving of motor vehicles. 2) No person under the age of eighteen years shall drive a motor vehicle in any public place. 3) Provided that a motor cycle with engine capacity not exceeding 50 cc can be driven in a public place by a person after attaining the age of sixteen years. 4) No person under the age of 20 yrs. 1) Licence to drive a transport vehicle be effective for a period of three years from the date of its issue. 2) An authorization of Licence to drive a transport vehicle carrying goods of dangerous or Hazardous nature be effective for one year and renewal thereof subject to the condition that the driver must undergoes one day refresher course of the prescribed syllabus. 3) A Licence to drive a non transport vehicle shall be effective for a period of 20 yrs. from the date of issue or renewal or the holder attains the age of 50 yrs., whichever is earlier, after that the Licence is renewable for 5 yrs.Licence Number Check
