TVS X21 Review
X21 racing concept is one of the recent release from TVS Motors at the 2016 Auto Expo Event held at Greater Noida. It is found to be a light weight semi faired bike model which will be attracted by young bike enthusiasts. In India, the new TVS X21 is likely to be priced around Rs.1,00,000.
This new TVS X21 features a 212cc, four valve race tuned high revolution 03C engine. Its engine seems to be borrowed from TVS Apache RTR 200. TVS Racing, the in house factory racing team of TVS Motor Company has built this new X21 bike with lot of exciting features such as futuristic fairing, race tuned suspensions, fuel injection and split double cradle construction.
The aerodynamic shape of the vehicle along with its light weight bodywork offers better performance and its excellent mass centralization enhances its performance. The X21 promises better handling, improved ridability, better racing pleasure with its telescopic front suspension and mono shock suspension at the rear wheel. Its smooth lines along with its sharp edges offer the bike more racy stance.
TVS X21 will be offered with twin oil coolers providing better circulation and more efficient cooling. Its twin straight flow air filters is good in yielding better and cleaner combustion. The twin free flow canisters assure discharge of exhaust gases while contributing to the RTR grunt.
The new bike is bestowed with a fresh instrument console having a digital speedometer, digital tachometer and trip meter along with a clock indicating acceleration time and lap time. Being a race vehicle, the bike is incorporated with lot of special race components like performance kit, race levers, steering damper ensuring stability and control even riding at higher level of speeds.
