One of the India’s leading SUV maker, Mahindra and Mahindra launched its new car known as Verito Vibe which would be a tough competitor to its similar other cars including Ford Figo, Maruti Swift, Chevrolet Beat and others. The car has been launched only in diesel version and there is no petrol models available for the car. The diesel models of the car has been listed below

Mahindra Verito Engine
The Verito Vibe comes in various peppy colour options which includes Fiery Black, Java Brown, Mist Silver, Toreador Red, Dolphin Grey, Diamond White and Aqua Rush. The Verito Vibe is powered by a 1.5L, 4-cylinder, 8 valves diesel engine with a common rail direct injection fuel supply system which can deliver the maximum power of 64.1 BHP @ 4000 RPM in coupling with the maximum torque of 160 NM @ 2000 RPM along with the displacement of 1461 cc. This power packed diesel engine is mated with a smooth five speed manual transmission and it can generate a healthy mileage of about 20.80 kmpl. The car can touch the barrier 0-100 kmph in just 17.2 seconds with the maximum speed range of 140 – 145 kmph.
Interiors and Exteriors
The Mahindra Verito Vibe boasts an excellent interiors with lot of spaces inside which is definitely one the best in this segment. The interiors of Verito Vibe are of high plastic quality in which the seats are wrapped with rich fabric upholstery providing a plush feel to the insides. The car comes with a modern instrument panel with an advanced air conditioning system and a cabin heater. This helps in cooling and heating the entire vehicle in an uniform manner. For better entertainment, the car gets an advanced 2-Din music system with four speakers, CD player, a USB interface, Aux-in port with FM Radio and a remote control. Some other interior features includes a bottle holder, a parcel shelf, sun visors etc. It is possible to accommodate five members without any trouble.
Moving to the exteriors, the Verito Vibe is blessed up with more stylish and royal exterior features. The front looks really awesome with the bright halogen headlamps, body coloured front bumper, fog lamps, body coloured side moulding, body coloured door handles, tail light cluster, roof rails etc. The overall length of the car is measured as 3991 mm and width is of 1470 mm. Likewise, the height of the car is also measured as 1540 mm and the wheelbase is of 2630 mm. The Mahindra Verito Vibe is fitted with a set of 14 inch steel wheels for the base and mid level variants and the top end variants gets a set of alloy wheels which are covered with tubeless radial tyres of size 185/70 R14 providing superior road grip on any road condition.
Braking and Safety Features
The Verito Vibe comes with a set of disc brakes at the front wheels and solid drum brakes at the rear wheels. It also has an advanced braking technology ABS along with EBD helpful even on slippery roads. Likeswise, the front axle is well incorporated with a McPherson strut type suspension with a wishbone link while the rear axle comes with a H-section torsion beam with a deflection coil spring which adds more comfort to the passengers. The car is loaded with lot of active and passive safety features which includes a driver airbag, a collapsible steering column, anti-theft engine immobilizer, rear view mirror, rear window child lock, rear door locks, headlamps, windshield with wipers, front seat belts of adjustable type, remote central door locking etc. All these features assures more safety and security to both driver and passengers.
