Review on Isuzu D-Max Space Cab with Arched Deck:

As a multi-utility vehicle, Isuzu D-Max Space Cab Arched Deck,grants everything that the customer expects in terms of riding dynamics, driving comfort and complimentary exterior looks.

Build and Styling:

At the exterior portion,Arched Deck comes with body-colored bumpers, a chrome radiator grille and wing mirrors. There is a provision of 1.5 foot space behind the driver’s seat, thus allowing you to place any valuable fragile products regardless of its size,thus living up to its name. Flexible loading options are available that ranges from mountain bikes and powerful motor bikes.With a power steering wheel,one can take sharp turns at high speed without too much roll.It also comes with the minimum turning radius of 195mm.

To make the claim that D-MAX Space Cab has been built to offer some creature comforts true,it comes loaded with the air-conditioning, tiltable power steering, power windows, audio system with two speakers, mobile phone charging point, two bottle and cup holders each and a dead pedal for the driver.Despite its creature comforts,one feels a little bit of inconvenience in adjusting the ORVM by stretching outside the cabin ,since there is no sign for manual adjustment is found inside the cabin.Eight way adjustable seats are comfortable and finished in fabric.There is provision of headrests even for the taller drivers. It would be better, if it comes along with the presence of ABS,EBD or air-bags.

Powertrain and Performance:

Maximum of 134 HP of power at 3600 rpm and peak torque of 294 Nm between 1800 and 3200 rpm is drawn from the 2.5 litre charged diesel engine in order to keep the truck running at the maximum speed of 175kmph.This power gets supplied to the rear wheels through the 5-speed manual transmission unit. One can claim the fuel efficiency to a greater extent with the built-in fuel capacity of 76 litres,thus promoting seamless drive over 900km.The riding dynamics are good that mainly results due to the the suspension set up consisting of coil spring independent front suspension and 7 leaf heavy duty semi-elliptical leaf springs. Braking effect comes from the ventilated disc and drum brakes.

Verdict:

Arriving at the price tag of Rs7,27,000(ex-showroom,Delhi),it proves to be an excellent value for money.Moreover,it is powerful,quite easy to handle while driving and gives a work+lifestyle look.
