Hyundai is set to debut its much awaited new car named as Fluidic i20 in India at the upcoming Auto Expo Event, 2014. It is expected with a price range between Rs.7,00,000 – Rs.8,00,000. The dimensions of Hyundai Fluidic i20 in terms of its length, width and height along with wheelbase and ground clearance details are displayed below.

Along with that, the boot space of the car is 295 kg and the kerb weight of the car is 1060 kg which is quite good. The fuel tank capacity of the Fluidic i20 will be 45 litres approximately.
The Fluidic i20 will be well equipped with lot of exciting and thrilling features which includes Air Conditioner, Power Windows, ABS, Dual Airbags, Immobilizer, Cup Holders, Rear Wash Wiper, Central Locking, Child Safety Locks, Front Fog lights, Rear Defogger etc. These features makes the travelers to feel very comfy and luxurious with the car.
The new Fluidic i20 will be available on both petrol and diesel variants in which the petrol engine will be powered by a 4 cylinder, DOHC inline engine offering the displacement of 1197 cc. The engine will produce the maximum power of 83 BHP @ 6000 RPM and maximum torque of 113.796 NM @ 4000 RPM. At the same time, the diesel engine of the car will be employed by a 4 cylinder, DOHC inline engine with displacement very close to 1336 cc. The diesel engine of the car will develop the maximum power output of 89 BHP @ 4000 RPM in combination with the maximum torque output of 219.744 NM @ 1500 RPM.
The new car is expected to return an impressive mileage in which the petrol engine will generate the mileage of around 18.15 kmpl and the diesel engine will generate 21.93 kmpl which is quite outstanding. The petrol engine of the car gets a five speed manual gear box while the diesel engine of the car gets a six speed manual transmission for easy gear transmissions.
Moving to the braking and suspension system, the vehicle will come with a disc brake at the front and drum brake at the rear. This combination of disc and drum braking features helps to halt the vehicle immediately in case of any emergency situation. On the other hand, the car will have McPherson strut with coil spring and stabilizer bar at the front suspension and the rear suspension will be fitted with a coupled torsion beam axle coil spring. It gets an electric power steering with tilt and telescopic extension which is quite good. The Fluidic i20 will be incorporated with a 14” alloy wheel of tire size 185/65 R14 for better ride.
