Hyosung, the South Korean motorcycle giant manufacturer has launched its new motorcycle known as Hyosung GT250R in Indian market. The new bike comes in only one variant such as Hyosung GT250R Standard but available in various colour shades. The Hyosung GT250R price is found to be approximately Rs.2.82 lakh packed with lot of exciting features. Overall, the new GT250R is a great combination of stunning appearance, grumpy engine and stylish twin projector headlights.

Design and Style

The overall appearance of the Hyosung GT250R is quite aesthetic along with sportive and aggressive looks. The new bike borrowed many exciting features from its previous bike and it looks so good to view the bike. The front part of the GT250R comes with the bright and radiant headlamps comprising a twin projector lamp placed in the center of the front cowl which adds sharp and edge to the front cowl. The front is fitted with the telescopic front forks covered its mudguard and twin disc plated bringing muscular look. It has a stylish rear view mirrors along with a transparent visor placed on the top of its headlight. The side profile of the bike is also looking very fair with bolts fitted finely and the dual tone paint on the fairing fetches an additional character to the appearance. The vehicle has been designed on the concept of aero-dynamic mechanism. The side panels, rear cowl, grab rail are painted in black colour which gives an elegant look to the bike. The fuel tank of the bike is very wide and it looks more masculine with fuel tank capacity of 17 litres. It is fitted with a full size split seat giving more comfortable and convenient to the rider and pillion. This can be well suited for long journeys and the rear has lot of good features. The rear part of the bike ends with a sharp and small LED tail lamp and a short fender along with turn indicators. These features help to ride on the road even in worst conditions and it is really useful while turning in every nook and corner of the road. The GT250R is powered by a 75 degree, V-twin, DOHC engine which offers the displacement of around 249 cc. The engine of the bike has eight valves and air/oil cooling feature helps to generate more power and torque. The Hyosung GT250R can produce the maximum power output of 27.6 BHP @ 10000 RPM along with the maximum torque of 22 NM @ 8000 RPM. The bike comes with a five speed manual gearbox with one down four up gear shift pattern for smooth ride. The stroke of the bike is measured as 48.8 mm and it has self start option only.

The front brake of the bike is of floating double disc type with two pistons calipers while the rear brake is of single disc type which adds more safety and security. The front brake is measured as 300 mm and the rear brake is of 230 mm and it gives full access to control the bike even in worst situations. The front tire of the bike is well incorporated with a 110/70/17 mm wide tire and the rear end comes with a 150/70/17 mm tire.
