Hero Passion XPro Dimensions

Design and Style

The Hero Passion XPro bike is one of the good looking commuter motorcycle having clean lines and there is no quirkiness. The bike sports a Trapezoidal Multi-focal Headlamp offering clear vision to the rider while riding at night or even bad weather conditions. It has a digital-analog combo meter console which is very clean and neatly designed. The instrument cluster is classified into three sections namely the left most has neutral and headlight tell-tale lights, the centre of the cluster has a speedometer with Passion written on it where as on the right side, there is a small LCD display holding odometer, trip meter and fuel level. The seating is very comfortable and it is made of good quality material. It would gives a luxurious feel for both rider and pillion while going for long journeys. The fuel tank of the bike looks very muscular with its stylish graphics and it can hold 9.5 litres along with 2.1 litre reserve. The seats are of cushion type which allows both the rider and pillion to go for long rides. The engine is also really good providing better power and torque along with good performance. The front wheel comes with the disc brake and tubeless tire option gives an excellent road grip and makes easy to handle. The rear part of the bike looks very elegant with the attractive tail light along with turn signal lamp. These lamps are useful while turning nook and corner of the road.

Hero Passion XPro engine

The Passion XPro has borrowed some features from the Honda Dream Yuga but the new bike comes with slight changes. The new bike comes with the combination of great style and awesome power. The XPro is powered by an air cooled, 4-stroke single cylinder OHC engine which offers the displacement very close to 109.1 cc. The engine of the bike delivers the maximum power output of 6.4 kW (8.7 PS) @ 7500 RPM in coupling with the maximum torque of 9.36 NM @ 5500 RPM. The bore and stroke of the bike is measured as 50 mm and 55.6 mm respectively. It gets a side draft variable venture carburetor and full transisterised ignition system. The Passion XPro comes with the starting type as kick start or self start. The engine is mated with a proficient four speed constant mesh with multiplate wet clutch.

Hero Passion XPro Performance

Hero MotoCorp claims that the new bike is well known for not only its style, but also gives better performance. The new Passion XPro is expected to deliver a healthy mileage of about 55-60 kmpl. The acceleration and pick up is also too good. The bike can be able to attain the maximum speed of nearly 100 kmph. The Hero Passion XPro top speed and Hero Passion XPro mileage is an appreciable one and it has an Advanced Pro-Series Digital Variable Ignition System with Digital CDI unit, TCIS enabled carburetor and an improved electrical system generating excellent performance level of power, mileage and acceleration at low emission levels.

Brakes and Suspensions

The brakes and suspensions plays an important role in the two wheelers which enhances more safety to both rider and pillion. The Hero Passion XPro features a tubular diamond type chassis which is quite impressive. The brakes works well in which the front brake comes with both disc and drum type. The front disc brake is of 240 mm diameter and the front drum brake is of shoe type with an internal expansion of diameter 130 mm. The rear brake of the bike is also drum type with an internal expanding shoe type of diameter 130 mm. The XPro comes with both spoke and cast wheels and it may differ according to the variants. The tyres are of tubeless type for the cast wheel which gives an excellent road grip and makes easy to handle.

Safety Features

The Hero Passion XPro bike comes with an array of safety features which is really good. The bike has a bright and radiant halogen bulb head lamps of 12V – 35 W / 35 W which is multi-reflector type. These headlamps provides a clear visibility of road while riding at night time. The seating arrangement of the bike is also comfortable and luxurious which makes the people to feel so soft and smooth. This enables them to go for long journeys without any trouble. The rear portion of the bike has a tail lamp which adds more style and safety along with turn signal lamp helps in turning nook and corner of the road.
