Hero Motocorp is the largest two-wheeler manufacturer of India recently unveiled its new bike christened as Hero HF Deluxe Eco which is available with stylish appearance and impressive features. It is expected that it would hit the market during the festive season which is much awaited by the people. The Hero HF Deluxe Eco may be available with a price range of approximately Rs.43,000 and it is an affordable even for the middle class people. The prices may changes according to the places and exact price details are not yet released. The company has claimed that the new bike will offer an excellent fuel efficiency than the standard version. The new bike will be available in various range of colours but the company has planned to release the first option in a new green colour scheme with three dimensional body graphics which offers an unique look showing the character of Eco-friendly credentials.
Design and Style
The front appearance of the HF Deluxe looks very royal with a trapezoidal multi reflector headlight which would provide a better visibility to the rider while riding during night time or even bad weather conditions. The bike has a decent instrument cluster consisting of an Analogue Fuel Gauge, Speedometer and Low Fuel indicator etc. The fuel tank of the bike offers an aggressive appearance and cool 3D graphics are affixed on the tank as well as knee grip is provided. The seating arrangement of the bike is really comfortable and luxurious and enables the rider and pillion to go for long journeys. Some other features includes clear lens indicators, a side stand indicator, air foils on the leg guards, nice handlebar etc., which makes the people to feel very comfortable. The rear part of the bike will give an awesome appearance with an aerodynamically styled rear view mirrors. The rear also has a bright tail light with turn signal lamp which is really pretty and good.
Hero HF Deluxe Eco Engine
Hero engines are always good and it would provide better power and torque. The HF Deluxe Eco is powered by an Air-cooled, 4-Stroke Single Cylinder OHC engine which gives the displacement of about 97.2 cc. The Eco bike has been designed with new engine along with low rolling resistance tyres which is very helpful in lowering air resistance at higher speeds. The bike engine would deliver the maximum power of 5.74 KW (7.8 Ps) @ 7500 RPM in coupling with the maximum torque of about 0.82 kg-m @ 4500 RPM. The bike will be fitted only with the self start option and the company has omitted the kick start option. The HF Deluxe Eco gets a DC Digital CDI ignition type which is really superb.
Brakes and Suspensions
The new Deluxe Eco will come with an excellent braking and suspension system in which both front and rear brakes are of shoe type with an internal expansion but the diameter varies. The front brake of the bike is of 130 mm while the rear brake is of 110 mm. Likewise, the front suspension of the bike will be packed with a telescopic hydraulic shock absorbers. The bike gets a tubular double cradle type chassis and it has a maintenance free battery of 12 V – 3 Ah which is quite good. Overall, the new Hero HF Deluxe Eco is believed to be more safety, comfortable and luxurious bike with excellent features.
