Hero Hastur, a naked super 620cc bike has been unveiled at the Auto Expo Event 2014 which looks similar to the HX250R frame-trellis frame and trellis swingarm painted in yellow color. The price of Hero Hastur street fighter bike may be around Rs.4,00,000 packed with lot of exciting and thrilling features.

The Hero Hastur is really different from other bikes with its strong edgy styling of Gerald Kiska’s work and the front is fitted with a twin projector head lamp which is quite good. The bike may be provided with a Erik Buell 625 twin with a light frame and good power. The front dashboard is quite decent with many options such as Low Battery Indicator, Low Oil Indicator, Low Fuel Indicator etc.
The instrument panel of the bike is fully digitalized with instruments such as speedometer, trip meter, fuel guage, analogue tachometer etc which helps to display the vital information of the bike and the rider can be able to update the bike details in just a glance. In addition, the bike has a pass light option, stand alarm and many more. The Hastur is offered with a Maintenance Free battery which is quite good for starting the vehicle. The Hero Hastur is powered by a 620cc, parallel twin, liquid-cooled, four-stroke engine which can produce the maximum power output of 80 PS @ 9600 RPM in coupling with the maximum torque output of 72 NM @ 7750 RPM respectively. The parallel twin engine of the bike is mated to the cassette type six speed gear box with manual transmission for smooth ride and it gets controlled swirl injector for a better burn and greater power and efficiency with the fuel tank capacity of 15 liters. With the powerful engine, the Hero Hastur is expected to reach from 0-100 kmph in just 3.8 seconds with the maximum speed of 240 kmph.
The Hero Hastur bike is fitted with a tubeless alloy wheels giving excellent road gripness even riding at high speeds. Both front and rear comes with a disc type brakes for instant braking but the front has a dual disc where as the rear has a single disc. The bike is easy to handle with the USD telescopic suspension at the front and an adjustable monoshock trellis swing arm suspension at the rear. The side profile of the vehicle is decorated with a 10 spoke alloy wheel with a tire size of 120/70 x 17 at the front and 180/50 x 17 at the rear. All these features of the Hero Hastur ensures better safety and security.
