Review on Fiat Punto Avventura
Fiat new product “Avventura”gives us a dual effect of SUV as well as crossover.Though in caetain aspects it looks similar to that of Punto,riding experience tells us that it even more better than that of rugged lookin Punto.Let’s see how far it is true?
Exterior styling:
Regarding the aesthetics of Avventura,its center of attraction lies in the tastefully styled big spare wheel cover.The cue lies in its position that sits on arm that is hinged on the bumper.But it gives us a vision that it seems like it get itself attached to the bootlid.Next the front fascia gains the "look-me"appeal due to its aggressive styling.Pseudo-skid plate and all new bumper gives the finishing touch to the crossover motif.You can see the engineer's clever design traits that get integrated into the aggressivive design bit that will show off its beauty everywhere you look at.Also, as a standard Avventura gets the bespoke 16"alloy wheels. Further,the roof rails have been proved to serve two purposes.One is to have control over the center of gravity not to be raised much and secondly to fulfill its functional need.Besides,Avventura gets a good ground clearance of 205mm that makes it distinct across its rivals that includes Toyoto Etios Cross and volkswagen Cross Polo.
Interior Design:
The dashboard gets two-tone treatment with soft touch Alcantara-like material that gives us a feel of looking at Punto. For sake of entertainment, features like climatic control, electric windows, a rear AC vent and an audio system that supports CD, MP3 and an Aux-in, which are found to be present in Punto make their existence in Avventura too. Then what are the prominent features can be found within this cabin? Doesn’t anything makes it different from that of Punto? The answer lies in the addition of new equipment that serves the dual purpose in the name of 'tilt-meter' and digital compass. Both gets positioned on the AC vents that will attract one eye when they get entered in to the cabin. It is specifically employed for off-road usage. Like that of the gyrometer in your smartphone,tilt-meter will display the car's tilt along both the axes.It is quite a cool party-trick not only enhance the richness look but also tend to be useful.
Another interesting cue is that a hybrid technology named "Blue&ME" Bluetooth interface that encompasses both voice commands and telephony that gives the rider a plush feel while driving. Sadly, this interface fails to support audio streaming. Bespoke hybrid leather and fabric seats are well cushioned to make the passenger feel comfortable throughout the drive.The fabric material is used to keep the passenger cool while the leather gives a pleasing appeal. A small area that is left for criticizing is the rear seat space that is not spacious enough, yet the knee room won’t raise any issue.
Engine and Performance:

Riding and Handling:

Though there is little drawback found at the driving position that seems to be odd. Avventura satisfies wholeheartedly in the aspects of fantastic ride quality, impressive interiors, exciting stylish exteriors,thus proves that the Avventura is a great work done by the Fiat.We are expecting it's arrival during Diwali.
Look and Style of Fiat Avventura is really excellent for its price. It has lot of comfortable features and its pick up is not so good. It could have been better as well as mileage. While I test drove both Avventura and Ecosport, I found Ecosport much more better than Avventura in terms of build quality, driving experience, pick up and interiors. So if planned to put money more than Avventura, then go for ecosport.
Friends, I am one of the great fan of Fiat cars. My choice is for Fiat Avventura which has best ground clearance, easy to handle even at corners. Along with that, the car has vertical and horizontal compass for adjusting the baby limits. For this reason, even I have planned to sell my old safari and go for Fiat Avventura. The main reason to opt for this vehicle is its build quality, comfortness even in poor roads. I think no other car would beat Fiat Avventura. Its really a tough competitor to its similar other cars like Scorpio, Ecosport and Duster.
Fiat has just improved the style on the Punto Evo and renamed the vehicle as Avventura. The interiors of the car is not so much satisfactory and it looks like a toy car. Its driver seating position is good but the rear seat is cramped. I could not find any difference on the mileage and it has nothing new just a punto in a new cover. It needs to improve everything. It is merely a waste one and nothing special on the vehicle. Fiat should consider this and they should try to give more innovative products.
