Bajaj Auto has just launched its eagerly awaited Pulsar series new two wheeler called as Pulsar RS200 at a cost of Rs.1.18 lakhs. Actually the new bike comes in two variants namely with ABS and without ABS. ABS stands for Antilock Brake System which is an advanced braking technology and the bike has been priced at Rs.1.18 lakh without ABS and Rs.1.30 lakh with ABS. It would definitely satisfy the demands of the Super Sport Segment which is really good.

Design and Engineering
The Bajaj Pulsar RS200 looks very sportive and trendy with its sharp nosed aggressive twin projector headlights of 55 W Low beam Projector, 65 W High beam Projector at the front which tames the darkest roads with devil’s eyes. It gets a see through visor in order to deflect wind away from riders and it has a standard clip on handlebars. The Bajaj Pulsar RS200 is embedded with a compact cockpit with laid out instruments and Bajaj typical switches as an offer. It features a big fuel tank with the capacity of holding 13L of fuel ensuring better fuel efficiency.
The aggressive muscular styling bike comes with a decently contoured split seats as well as stubby cropped exhaust system which is really good. This powerful engine gains the fuel injection using the triple spark plug incorporated with combustion chamber. It generates the maximum power output of 24.5Ps at 9750rpm and maximum torque output of 18.6Nm at 8000rpm. The power and torque produced by the street naked bike is really outstanding and it uses a six speed gear box. Even the fuel tank looks very aggressive with the fuel tank capacity of 13L, it might offer the fuel efficiency of 45kmpl and the maximum speed offered by the vehicle is 140.8kmph. The perimeter frame Pulsar RS200 is easy to ride and handle with the help of suspension system. At the front axle of the bike, it gets a set of telescopic forks with anti friction bush while the rear is incorporated with a Nitrox Mono shock setup with Canister. This type of front and rear suspension systems helps the vehicle to handle even at rugged roads. The Pulsar RS200 riding position is a touch on the sporty side, more upright and comfy as better than KTM RC series motorcycles. To enhance the performance on the road, the vehicle is provided with a tubeless front and rear tyres in which the front tire size is of 100/80-17 52P and rear tire size is of 130/70-17 62P. This tubeless tire specification gives better road gripness and adds more safety.
