One of the leading manufacturer Volkswagen has planned to launch its new car known as XL1 which is expected to be priced around Rs.20,00,000. The new XL1 will be one of the fuel efficient car with its powerful 830cc, two cylinder engine of producing the maximum power output of 48 bhp and better torque mated to the seven speed dual clutch transmission. It is expected to deliver the fuel efficiency of 111 kmpl which is quite good. The Volkswagen XL1 may accelerate from 0-100 kmph in just 12.7 seconds with the maximum speed of 160 kmph. The vehicle is fitted with a magnesium type light weight wheel with low rolling resistance tyres of front tire size of 115/80 R15 and rear tire size of 145/80 R15.
