Evalia, the new MPV of Nissan launched with the price range of Rs.8.70-Rs.10.24 lac respectively. It is powered by a 1.5 L, K9K dCi four cylinder Common Rail Direct Injection diesel engine which churns out the maximum power of about 85BHP @ 3750RPM and maximum torque of 200NM @ 1900RPM. The 7-seater Evalia features twin sliding doors for the middle row along with a spacious interior.The interior holds a single seat at the front and the last row while the middle row resembles a bench. The gear lever is mounted on the dashboard as such as the Honda CR-V. This MPV features strut-type suspension at the front which is mounted on a rubber insulated subframe with an anti-roll bar while its rear suspension is a single leaf spring mounted on a subframe. Evalia offers a very comfort ride and handling. Nissan Evalia toughly competes with its similar other cars like Innova, Xylo and Tata Sumo Grande.
