Following the introduction of the Intruder 150 cruiser motorcycle into the Indian Market, Suzuki is now in a plan to launch the 250cc version of the model. Apart from the engine, the upcoming Suzuki Intruder 250 remains the same as the Intruder 150, appearing muscular in size as its elder sibling, the Intruder M 1800. The sleeker exhaust system offers a much better look for the Intruder 250. In terms of features, the bike gets digital instrument cluster, aerodynamic fuel tank, LED projector headlamp and LED tail lamp. Highlight features of the bike include disc brakes at both the ends, alloy wheels, single-channel ABS, telescopic forks up front and a monoshock unit at the rear suspension. Power train of the Intruder 250 is likely to be the 250cc Gixxer twins engine churning out 26.5PS power and 22.2Nm of peak torque output. At an expected price range of around Rs.1.8 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), the Intruder 250 will take on the likes of its rivals the Bajaj Dominar 250, Royal Enfield Bullet 350 and the Bajaj Avenger Cruise 220.
