Hero MotoCorp has launched its sports version of Xtreme at an attractive price tag of Rs.72,625. The Xtreme Sports comes in two variants namely one with rear drum brake priced at Rs.72,625 and other with rear disc brake at Rs.75,725 respectively. It is offered in five different color shades such as Panther Black, Mercuric Silver, Fiery Red, Pyro Orange and Black/Red. The new bike has been offered with lot of technical and aesthetic changes over old Xtreme. The major change on the new motorcycle is its fresh wolf eye headlamp, refreshed fuel tank and a fresh cowl beneath the engine as well as side panels. It features a 149.2cc engine which can churn out the maximum power of about 14.2 to 15.2bhp and maximum torque of 12.8 to 13.5Nm. Nowadays, youngsters are very fond of 150cc bikes and this would definitely satisfies their needs since they are very stylish and fuel efficient and it would be a very tough competitor to its similar other bikes including Suzuki Gixxer, Yamaha FZ and Honda CB Unicorn 160. Apart from that, Hero Xtreme Sports comes with a rear tubeless tyre, split seating arrangement, a new handle bar and refined rear and front fenders.
