Mahindra introduced the compact SUV SsangYong Tivoli at the Auto Expo Event 2016 held in Greater Noida. It comes with an overall length of 4195mm and width of 1795mm which seems to be the widest car in its segment. This new vehicle comes with a boxy profile taken from the XIV Adventure concept and it has healthy dosage of curves which makes the model to be more likeable. Even its design gets large proportion, the car looks very compact featuring LED DRLs, alloy wheels and LED tail lamps. The interior cabin of the car has a choice of three interior colors such as black, beige and red along with a flat bottomed steering wheel. Its second row of seats could be folded down easily which leads to more storage space for any luggages. The Tivoli is well equipped with semi bucket seats, 3.5 inch touchscreen display and automatic climate control. Normal, Comfort and Sport are the three available modes in smart steer function enabling better control. It is powered by a 1.6 litre petrol and diesel engine options in which the petrol version delivers maximum power of 124bhp and maximum torque of 157Nm. Likewise, the diesel engine churns out the peak power of 113bhp and torque 300Nm mated to a six speed manual with a single clutch automatic. This new vehicle is incorporated with lot of exciting safety features including seven airbags, ABS, ESP, Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), LED DRLs etc.
