Tata Motors will launch its Nano Twist on 13th January .Tata has equipped the nano Twist with power steering. Nano Twist will be available in XC and XT variants. It gets the electric power steering which is developed by the German Automotive component manufacturer, ZF. When compared to the 2013 model,Nano Twist receives some changes in the instrument cluster.
On the exterior side it looks exactly the current Nano but it gets ‘Twist’ badging on the left side and also ‘XT’ badging on the right side at rear is the only difference when compared to the current model. Nano Twist will get the same 623cc, twin cylinder engine which can deliver maximum power output of 37bhp and maximum torque of 51Nm. The engine is mated to four speed manual gear box .Nano Twist will be sold at a price of Rs15000 more than the standard model.
Currently Nano is available in five variants of both petrol and CNG. The variants of Tata Nano are Nano STD, Nano CX, Nano LX, Nano CNG CX, Nano CNG LX. All these variants have 0.6-litre petrol engine which can churn out maximum power of 37.4bhp and a peak torque of 51Nm. The engine system is coupled with a 4-speed manual transmission.
