Tata announces the launch of its two new CNG variants, Indigo emax and Indica emax which will be available in six CNG markets across India. The Indigo emax and Indica emax, two new eco friendly cars with low Co2 emission will be available in Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra,Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Tripura and Delhi.
The cars are powered by state-of-the-art engine with both CNG and Petrol. Tata Indigo and Tata Indica emax have a low carbon footprint of 0.251 g/km and 0.338 g/ km respectively.
Indigo emax get 1.2 litre 4-cylinder engine which can produce 65 bhp .The Indiga emax returns 24.6 km/kg has a range of 230 km in CNG mode over 650 km in petrol. The Price range of Indigo emax starts at Rs. 4.99 lakh upto Rs 5.27 lakh. The Indica eMAX returns 23.7 km/kg has a range of 230 km in CNG mode over 600 km in petrol. The Price range of Indica emax starts at Rs.3.99 lakh to 4.26 lakh
