Suzuki plans to launch an updated version of its Hayabusa superbike in 2013. The new Hayabusa will be getting the Anti-lock Braking System as its standard feature. The other new entries of the bike include the larger brake pistons and the radially mounted, Brembo made, lighter and more rigid, monobloc caliper front brakes. There will be no changes in the engine range and hence the 2013 Hayabusa will be powered by the same four-stroke, 1340cc, in-line, four-cylinder engine which churns out a peak power of 197bhp at 10200rpm and a maximum torque of 15.7kgm at 6200rpm.
