Suzuki, Japanese motorcycle manufacturer plans to launch Inazuma GW250 in India by January 2014.It will compete with the bikes like Honda CBR 250R, the KTM 200 Duke and the Kawasaki Ninja 300.
It is expected that it would get 248cc, twin cylinder, liquid cooled, fuel injected engine coupled with 6 speed transmission. It will get telescopic forks for front suspension and hydraulic disc brakes at the rear. It will get features like a digital LCD speedometer, odometer, twin trip meter, clock and fuel gauge readouts, maintenance interval indicator. It will include 3-mode rpm indicator (Normal mode, Eco mode and Off) on the right side and LED indicators on the left.
Suzuki will import the Inazuma GW250 as Completely Knocked Down(CKD) Units. The bike will be assembled at Gurgaon facility. The Inazuma GW250 is likely to be displayed at the 2014 Auto Expo.
