Yamaha’s new Fazer FI 2.0 has been spotted at Gurgaon pricing at Rs 94,305(on-road),for which the deliveries have been started.The launch of Fazer FI 2.0 version mainly intends to target  at the touring community of motorists.It weighs about 138 kgs.Since it is the semi-faired version of the FZ-S,all the features of the FZ version -2 are said to be present in the Fazer.The introduction of this semi-faired concept plays a dual role in providing better ride on highways as well as act as wind deflector.The engine is also found to be the same that the  149 cc single-cylinder, air-cooled, fuel-injected engine said to power the semi-faired version,thus producing 13.1 PS of power and 12.8 Nm of torque.This mill gets mated to a five-speed gearbox.Regarding features,Fazer Fi V2.0 tends to get the split-seat,redesigned exhaust,updated instrument cluster and new graphics.It is said to be available in three color variant-White Cloud,Black Hawk and Red Dawn.

 

Honda plans to launch the CBR 300 R in the early next year to replace the CBR 250R.The production line will be set-up by November.It is expected to price at Rs2.30 lakhs(on-road,Mumbai)for the ABS equipped variant.Unlike the older model which inherits the styling from the the VFR,CBR 300 R is to be designed with styling cues that reflects the heritage of CBR. After the successful  launch of the Suzuki Gixxer,the company has plans to produce the new motorcycle that underpins the base Suzuki Gixxer,which now became the flagship model in India.The proceedings are going on to bring out the product in the early next year.It is to be designed with the new 155 cc single cylinder,SOHC,air-cooled and carburetted engine that gets mated to a 5-speed transmission unit.
