The diesel variant of Nissan Sunny has been launched today in India by the company’s Indian subsidiary,Nissan Motor India Private Ltd. (NMIPL).The Sunny diesel is available in two variants namely the XL and the XV.
The car is powered by a modern 1.5-liter,4-cylinder K9K engine delivering 86PS of power at 3750rpm and a maximum torque of 200Nm at 2000rpm.The engine is mated to a five speed manual transmission.The powerful K9K engine of Sunny diesel offers an impressive ARAI mileage of 21.64kmpl.
Sunny diesel is built on the global “V” platform and it offers one of the best in class fuel efficiency and power.The XL and the XV variants of the Sunny diesel will be available at the price of Rs.7,98,000 and Rs.8,78,000 respectively.The company has opened the booking for the car from today across the country.
