Mahindra has been working on a new 110cc scooter which is codenamed as G101.The new 110cc scooter (G101) is in the final stage of development. The new 110cc scooter likely to be unveiled at 2014 Auto Expo along with the Mojo 300.The new scooter is expected to get an all new engine.
Currently Mahindra has four scooter models like Rodeo, Duro, Flyte and Kine. Kine uses 71.5cc single cylinder engine. The other three models use 124.6cc engine. At present Mahindra does not have any scooter in 110cc range.
After this 110cc scooter Mahindra likely to be displayed its much awaited Mojo 300cc motorcycle at the upcoming Auto Expo. Mahindra Mojo will get a 300cc, single cylinder, DOHC four-valve, Liquid cooled engine coupled with six speed gearbox. The engine can develop maximum power of 26Ps at 8500rpm and maximum torque of 24 Nm at 7000rpm.It is expected that it will get sport dual-exhausts and a Ducati electronic fuel-injection. It will also include a gas charged monoshock at the rear.
