Quanto, the mini-SUV of Mahindra has been launched at a starting price of Rs.5.82 lakhs. The seven-seater Quanto is available in four variants viz., C2,C4,C6 and C8. A modified version of Mahindra’s mHawk diesel engine named mCR100 powers the Quanto and offers a maximum power and torque output of 98.6bhp and 24.4kgm respectively. The engine is mated to a five-speed gearbox.
Except the base C2 variant, all the remaining thre variants feature Mahindra’s Micro Hybrid technology. The top-end C8 variant features alloy wheels, power windows, a sleek Digital Drive Assist System (DDAS), driver seat height adjust, body coloured bumpers, electric wing mirrors, an integrated audio system with CD, MP3, radio, a rear defogger, ABS, front airbags (driver and passenger), fog lamps and a reverse parking sensor. Alloy wheels, reverse parking sensor and airbags are absent in C6 variant.

iii) Quanto C6: Rs.6.86 lakhs
