GM Chevrolet India plans to launch much awaited Beat diesel in India in 2011. The beat diesel is long awaited model from chevrolet brand. A diesel variant of beat could give much required push to sagging sales of Beat. Chevrolet GM which shelved its electric car plan because of the fallout of Reva tie-up will launch an electric car next year. Electric car which GM plans is developed in-house from engineers in India.
