Skoda launched the new Laura RS in India at a price of Rs.15.20 lakhs.It features the 1.8 litre turbo-charged,direct injection petrol engine which pumps out a power of 160bhp.The four available colours of Laura RS are sporty shades of sprint yellow,race blue,candy white and magic black.
On the launching ceremony,the Board Member & Director,Sales & Marketing of Skoda Auto India,Mr.Thomas Kuehl quoted that the new Laura RS is a performance oriented product aimed at car enthusiasts who have an emotional connect with their car. Designed to provide maximum driving pleasure through performance and precision, the RS also continues to build on Skoda’s reputation for comfort and safety.
The available features of the visual front are daytime LEDs, different alloy wheels, a spoiler on the boot, a new and more aggressive chin and seven vRS badges stitched and stuck all over the car.Its interior holds sportier part-leather, part-Alcantara front seats, a meatier three-spoke steering wheel and the touch-screen audio system from the L&K variant.The Xenon curve projector headlights with dynamic leveling and corner function is also present in the new Laura RS.
