XPulse, the adventure bike concept of Hero MotoCorp was unveiled at the EICMA 2017 auto event in Milan, Italy. The upcoming off-road bike of Hero is expected to be launched in India sometime in 2018. Power train is expected to be a 200cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine which will churn out a peak power output of 18.5bhp @ 8500rpm and torque of 17.2Nm @ 6000rpm. Power to the rear wheels will be transmitted via a five-speed Manual gearbox. The new bike of Hero will be featuring Disc brakes at both the ends, Alloy wheels, DC-CDI Ignition system, Telescopic Forks suspension at the front end and Monoshock at the rear. As a highlight, the Hero XPulse will come with Metzeler Off-road tyres in both front and back ends at an expected price tag of around Rs.1 lakh.
