Two Wheeler leader Hero Motocorp has launched its new Maestro Edge in two variants namely the base LX at a competitive price of Rs.49,500 and VX for Rs.50,700. It is powered by a 110.9cc, single cylinder, four stroke engine which churns out the maximum power output of 8.31bhp at 8000rpm along with the maximum torque output of 0.84kgm at 6500rpm mated to the CVT gearbox. It has been designed with an overall length of 1841mm, overall width of 695mm and height of 1190mm. Hero Maestro Edge weighs nearly 110 kg and it is fitted with telescopic forks at the front suspension and spring suspension at the rear which is quite easy for handling the vehicle. The new Maestro Edge would definitely be a tough competitor to its similar other scooters such as Hero Pleasure, Honda Activa, TVS Jupiter etc.
