About Hero Karizma R

Karizma R has evolved as a result of joint collaboration of Hero and Honda. Changes can be expected at the cosmetic and mechanical aspects. Hero Karizma R is powered up by the same 223 cc, four-stroke, single-cylinder OHC engine, that delivers 12.68kW (17 BHP) @ 7000RPM of power and 18.35 NM @ 6000 RPM of torque. It is somewhat tuned to an extent for improved performance, thus it gives mileage up to 35-40kmpl and it can accelerate from 0-60kmph in just 3.8 seconds. It is available in five color shades that includes black, red, white, grey and yellow. Introduction of fairing concept to the bike gives the bike Look at me appeal. Its prominent features includes twin headlights, a bulb winker, reworked body panels, a belly pan, clip-on handlebars, redesigned split-seats, a new exhaust end-canister and wider tyres. When it comes with the features, one thing has to be noted that the vertically stacked twin headlights have been introduced only at this bike whereas only the single headlamp is present in case of its predecessors. Karizma R is priced at Rs.83,900.
