Italian brand Aprilia is set to unveil its new Motard 125 scooter in India at the Auto Expo Event 2016 which will be a big surprise for the Indian two wheeler enthusiasts. This new scooter will be powered by an air cooled, 125cc single cylinder engine delivering 10PS at 7500rpm power and 10.6Nm at 6000rpm of torque output coupled to the rear wheels through a CVT transmission. It will come with a simple affair instrument console with a twin pod analogue unit for speedometer, fuel guage and odometer fitted with various tell tale lights. The braking will be done by its disc brake at front and drum brake at the rear for sudden stopping. Suspension duties may be performed by its beefy telescopic forks and monoshock unit at the rear for better handling. The scooter will feature 14 inch wheels covered with 120/70 section tyres on both front and rear wheels. This new Aprilia Motard 125 is expected with a price range of around Rs.75,000-Rs.80,000 in Indian market.
