KTM plans to unveil its RC range of full-faired bikes like RC125, RC200 and RC390.These fully faired motorcycles will be unveiled at the Milan motorcycle show which will be held on November 5.

The RC125 and RC200 will churn out 15 bhp and 25 bhp respectively. The RC 390 will deliver maximum power output of 43 bhp. The stylings of RC seres full faired bikes are same. The body weights of the RC series are 127kg for RC 125, 129.5 kg for for the RC200 and 139 kgs for the RC390.

KTM is expected to introduce a slightly restricted version of the RC390 for A2 license holders. It will produce 41.5 Bhp to discharge with the A2 power-to-weight ratio limit of 0.26 BHP per kg. The new offerings will be manufactured at the company’s plant in Chakan, Maharashtra.

Nissan has launched the Terrano SUV, a rebadged version of the Renault Duster in India at a starting price of Rs 9.59 lakh. The Terrano SUV is available with seven variants and three engine options.
The 1.5 liter DCI diesel engine which can produce the power in two states of tune -110Ps and 85 Ps respectively.

The 1.6 liter petrol engine can deliver the maximum power output of 104 Ps. Both these engines are coupled to 5-speed gearbox. The diesel engine with 110 Ps comes with six speed transmission.
The 85PS diesel is available in base XE, XL and XL Plus trim levels where as the 110PS diesel is available in XL, XV and XV Premium trim levels. The petrol variant is only available in the mid-level XL trim.

It comes with a Bluetooth enabled in-dash audio system, leather upholstery, premium zebra wood finish door trim inserts, rear air conditioner, 16-inch machined alloy wheels and reverse parking sensors. A 6.1-inch touch screen entertainment system with navigation system and also steering mounted audio control module.
It also offers passenger airbag and safety features like Anti-lock Braking system (ABS), Electronic Brake Force Distribution (EBD),Brake Assist (BA) and reverse parking sensors on higher variants. It is available with the colors like Pearl White, Blade Silver, Bronze Grey, Sapphire Black, Sterling Grey and Fire Red.

Tata Motors has launched a new Tata Nano CNG emax which is an Eco friendly car. It is the first of the five brands in e-max series of CNG type cars. It is the first fuel efficient car with 36 km/kg of mileage in India. It gets globally renowned CNG kit components and the Co2 emission of this variant is 75.6g/km only.

The Tata Nano CNG emax gets the bi-fuel engine option (CNG & Petrol).In this car it is possible to switch between the CNG mode and petrol mode by pressing a switch. The smart switching between the fuel modes is done with the help of the calibration of the Sequential gas injection system with an Intelligent Advanced Engine Management System (EMS).The car can be started on CNG while the other old CNG cars can be started only with the help of petrol.

It comes with the safety features like leak detection sensors, and interlock sensors. The interlock sensor is used to ensure that the engine is switched off during the filling of CNG gas. The car offers maximum luggage space because the CNG gas cylinders are fitted under the front seats. So it does not affect the passenger or luggage space. It is available in the CNG markets like Delhi, Gujarat, Lucknow and some places of Maharastra. The starting price of Nano CNG emax is Rs. 2.52 lakh

Ashok Leyland has launched its Stile MPV a badge engineered version of Nissan’s Evalia in India at a starting price of Rs7.49 lakh. This MPV was unveiled by the company at Indian Auto Expo in the last year.
It gets 1.5 litre Renault K9K turbo diesel engine which can able to develop the maximum power of 75 Bhp and maximum torque of 185 Nm. The Engine is coupled to 5 speed manual transmission It offers an ARAI certified fuel of 19.5 kmpl.

The Seven seater MPV offers three variants with power steering and an air conditioning system. It comes with diesel engine option and it will be sold through 130 dealerships across the country. It will also offer CNG variant. The main feature of this vehicle is sliding window for the second row of seats.

Maruti has launched an Anniversary Edition of its Alto 800 to celebrate its first anniversary. The price of Anniversary Edition is Rs 3.12 lakh. Only a few weeks ago, Maruti Suzuki has launched its WagonR Madhavan Edition and Alto K10 Musik Edition.

The Anniversary Edition of Alto 800 is based on LXi variant. It gets 796cc, 3 cylinder, F8D engine which can produce the maximum power output of 47.5 Bhp at 6000 rpm and maximum torque of 69 Nm at 3500 rpm. The engine is mated to 5 speed manual gear box.It gets 35 litre fuel tank.It offers an ARAI certified mileage of 22.7 Kmpl.

The Alto 800 Anniversary Edition gets the features like new purple haze colour,body graphics, blacked out B-pillar, refreshed seat fabric, rear parcel tray, body coloured left wing mirror, rub strips on the flank and an optional audio system.The LXi and VXi variants get driver side airbag as an extra option.It also offers dual fuel option(CNG-Petrol) in particular cities of India

Maruti has undergone testing with 1.2 litre turbo diesel engine on its Swift. The Swift car receives some minor changes. Maruti plans to launch this updated Swift in next year.

The Company is developing a new range of small capacity, turbo diesel engines with capacity of 1.2litre and 1.4 litre. The updated Swift will get 1.2 litre turbo diesel engine. The Dzire and Ritz will also get this 1.2 litre turbo diesel engine.

The Ertiga MPV, YL1 sedan and the SX4 will get the 1.4 litre diesel engine.
The updated facelift receives the changes like start stop system, Keyless entry and cruise control and the sensors on the roof.

Toyota has introduced the updated Innova MPV in India. The new Innova facelift comes with diesel engine option with seven seat configuration only. But all other variants get both seven seat and eight seat configuration.

The new Innova gets revised front bumper, new front grille with chrome finish, stickers on the flanks, reflectors on the hatch lid, touch screen infotainment system with roof mounted screen, new seat fabric.

The 2.5 liter turbo diesel engine can generate maximum power output of 102 Ps and the maximum torque of 200 Nm. This engine system is mated to 5 speed manual gearbox.
The 2 liter,4 cylinder petrol engine can produce the maximum power output of 132 Ps and maximum torque of 181 Nm and coupled to a 5 speed manual gearbox The new Innova offers five trim levels E, G, GX, VX and Z. It is available with six different shades like silver, gold, white, grey, blue and red. These shades are available on all the variants of Innova.

Hero has unveiled its upgraded models of two wheelers for the year of 2014.Hero plans to launch 14 new models like new variants, upgraded versions. We can expect the launch of some of these two wheelers in the upcoming festive season.

The first model is new Splendor of Hero which is known as i-smart. This bike gets ‘V’ shaped headlight, 100cc engine, 5 spoke alloy wheels. It also includes a Start-Stop System. The Start-Stop function can work only in neutral in geared two wheelers and this technology improves the fuel efficiency of vehicles. This system switches the engine in off state automatically at traffic signals and other brief stops in order to avoid the wasteful fuel consumption.

The Hero 150cc X-treme bike will also get minor changes. It will include Electronic Engine Immobilizer System. The engine immobilizer system is used to avoid thefts. This system requires a key which is code matched to the engine’s starting system. If anybody tries to start the motorcycle with the help of different key then the starting system will not respond and stops the power to electric or kick starter.

Maruti Suzuki has launched Musik Edition of its Alto K10. The worth of Musik Edition accessory pack is Rs 17,516. Maruti Suzuki will include this accessory pack to LXi or VXi models of Alto k10 at Rs 12,419 only. So buyers can save the amount of Rs 5000 with this accessory pack.

The Alto K10 gets a 1 liter-3 cylinder K-Series petrol engine which can develop the maximum power output of 67 Bhp and maximum torque of 90 Nm. This engine is coupled to a 5 speed manual gearbox. The Alto K10 Musik Edition trim offers two shades like white and silver.

TVS has launched new color variants of its Phoenix and Apache RTR 160 for increasing its sales in the upcoming festive season. TVS Phoenix comes with Alpine white shade and TVS Apache RTR 160 comes with five different shades like black, yellow, red, grey and white.

TVS Phoenix gets a 124.5cc engine which can develop 11 Ps of maximum power and 10.8 Nm of maximum torque. The engine is mated to a 4-speed manual gearbox.
