R u an R15 customer? unknowingly burnt the fairing or caused harm to the engine by tucking in cleaning cloth in the gap on the right hand side of the fairing of R15. Here’s a good news, Yamaha is offering a free upgrade to a new fairing panel which includes a mesh lining which avoids easy access to the engine. Tucking in cleaning cloth in the fairing had lead to burning of cloth and in few case the engine itself due to over heating resulting in loss of vehicle.

i20 is Hyundai India’s second global model after the successful i10. For the Indian i20, Hyundai sources the recently introduced 1.2L kappa engine generating same power of 80PS and peak torque of 110Nm. Hyundai offers i20 in three variants – Magna, Asta and Asta(O) and equipped the car with hosts of comfort and convenience features. – adjustable front and rear head rest,integrated music player 2DIN with USB,4 speakers with two front tweeter,steering mounted audio controls,glove box cooling,electrically adjustable rear view mirrors, electrically foldable rear view mirrors. This kind of features is not even able in entry level D-segment cars like civic and corolla altis. i20 also boast class leading safety features which inlcudes ABS with EBD and dual front,side and curtain airbags i20 is available in combination.Crystal white,black diamond,sleek silver,silky beige,sparkle blue,berry red and dark gray metallic exterior with dual tone interior.
Hyundai Motor Co’s India unit expects to export 120,000 units of new i20 models in calendar 2009, its managing director H.S. Lheem said.

Hyundai launches i20. You read it right! while Hyundai will actual launch the i20 tommorrow (29th December) the details of the indian version of i20 is out.
Uber cool Hyundai i20
Hyundai i20 is powered by an 1.2L kapp engine developing 80PS of max power at 5200rpm and 114Nm of peak torque at 4000rpm. Hyundai offers the premium hatchback in three variants – i20 Magna,i20 Asta and i20 Asta (O).
i20 is 3940mm in length,1710mm wide and 1505mm height and a wheelbase of 2525mm. i20 also offers a quiet decent luggage space of 295 litres. Turning radius of i20 is just 5.2m.
Unlike the i10 there is not automatic option for i20. A 5-speed manual transmission is uniform across all variants.Mcpherson strut with coil sprin and torison beam axle with coil spring forms the suspension setup of i20.

Hyundai also offers plenty of features for the i20. i20’s long list of features includes – front and rear fog lamps, day and night inside rear view mirror,body coloured bumper,body coloured ORVM,rear parcel tray,adjustable front and rear head rest,integrated music player 2DIN with USB,4 speakers with two front tweeter,steering mounted audio controls,glove box cooling,electrically adjustable rear view mirrors, electrically foldable rear view mirrors,60:40 foldable seats,power windows,power steering,rear washer and wiper,rear defogger, tilt and telescopic steering. The i20 comes in seven colours – crystal white,black diamond,sleek silver,silky beige,sparkle blue,berry red and dark gray metallic.

Tata launches Indica,Indigo,Xenon and Safari in Germany
Tata, India’s leading auto maker has stepped forward their sales to Germany. Tata cars are not completely unknown in Europe markets. The initial implementation has been done through retailers like German auto maker, Rover CityRover.
German customers will be able to buy a new generation from India’s Tata on this New Year. The base price starts with a length of 3.8 meters at Euro 7990, which is about 200 thousand Czech crowns. 3.8 m length is set at Euro 7990, or around EUR 200 thousand.Indigo SW estate, which is derived from Indica starts at 13,490 Euro, which means about 350 thousand Czech crowns. Another new model in the offer will be 4.2 meters long SW Indigo Station Wagon, which is derived from same Indica and the rates will be 13,490 Euro, which means about 350 thousand Czech crowns.
Another offer from Tata is the Safari SUV (length 4.65 m) and pick-up Xenon (length 4.95 m). These cars designed turbo own kontrukce 2.2 DICOR, which is equipped with common-rail injection, turbocharged, variable-geometry blades and aria geometry Van. The prices of the above models will start at 25,990 euros and 17,990 Euro (about 470 thousand EUR) respectively.The official sales will start from January with the delivery time of 14 days. So far eight pieces of Tata Indica has been sold out on special order.

Fiat plans big with 2010 Palio, Uno and Seicento
Fiat which is in the process of unveiling a low cost brand has finalised three models for low cost countries. The models are new palio, new Uno and new seicento. The next generation Palio is being developed by Fiat and its Brazilian subsidiary will replace the current palio across the world including India by 2010. Following the success of cheaper logan by Renault, Fiat plans to launch this low cost models to western europe. The seicento city car will make its debut in 2011 but Fiat will not bring the model to India.
