The new Sx4 comes with following changes – new honeycomb grille, stylish 10 spoke alloy wheels, two-tone dashboard and wood finish arm rest on door trims. On the mechanicals side SX4 gets a4-speed automatic transmission and new VVT engine. The new engine develops 1.25bhp (precisely ) more than the outgoing one. The Bharat IV compliant VVT engine develops 103.25bhp at 5600rpm and 145Nm at 4100rpm. The new SX4 is priced between Rs6.68 to Rs 8.36 lakhs (ex-showroom Delhi). Again the scoop-masters of vicky.in has something special for you readers. Honda will launch an Aviator 110cc soon. Honda is already selling aviator with 102cc engine. While upgrading the activa from 100cc to 110cc, Aviator was left behind. But with the onset of Mahindra power scooters – Rodeo and Duro and Honda is finding new ways to keep its customers. Remember, TVS will soon launch a new powerful scooter soon. Honda’s Aviator with its big wheels and superior ride and handling characteristics earned lotsa hearts. But customers and auto critic the scooter needs more pep. Owing to the customers demands, Honda will launch the Aviator 110cc. Aviator 110cc sources the 110cc engine from its sibling Activa 110cc. Activa 110cc engine develops 8bhp of peak power at 7500rpm and 9Nm of peak torque at 5500rpm. Going by these figures, the new aviator 110cc will deliver 1bhp more than the outgoing model. There are other exciting additions too.
Honda aviator 110cc will get the CBS (Combi Brake System) like its sibling Activa 110cc. Remember Aviator Deluxe version already comes with disc brake at the front. The key shutter system and body coloured grab rail are other new features in the Avaitor 110cc. The long ‘Y’ grille is now chrome to accentuate the look of the Aviator. The Aviator 110cc will come in two variants – Aviator and Aviator Deluxe. Honda will launch the Aviator on 27th October (Tomorrow). Honda aviator 110cc is expected to be price Rs6000 higher than the outgoing model. The top end Aviator 110cc with combi brake system is expeected to be priced around Rs55,000 (on-road)

While we expect the Royal Enfield to unveil the marvel at the Delhi Auto Expo, the bullet maker is launching Classic 500c Efi on November o4th. Bullet Classic was first shown at Cologne International bike show. Bullet Classic is powered by a 500cc EFI mill churning out an impressive power output of 27.2bhp at 5250rpm and 41Nm of max torque at 4000rpm. According to Royal Enfield, this new Bullet can hit a maximum speed of 129kmph and fuel efficiency / economy figure is claimed to be 28.5kmpl. There is no word on pricing yet. Literally! Tata Nano caught fire on three occasions to three different users leading the largest automaker of India into slight disrepute, which has been flashed on Headlines in almost all news agencies and news sources. It is because both the complaint and the problem in the vehicles have been similar to each other pointing a finger at the manufacturers. Though the places in which the incidents took place were as far as Delhi, Ahmedabad and Lucknow, the fire was on all three cars inside the cabin (when they were parked and not during any ride) in the combination switch area and the plastic parts that melted.
The company’s one of the top rung personnels refused that the cars caught fire and said that there was a mere short-circuit that led to the burning and melting of switches. Even though the problems are similar, there is going to be no recalling of cars and the three cars have been repaired and given back to the owners.
The much expected car and world’s most successful green vehicle will hit the indian shores in two months from now. While stayed away from 2008 Delhi Auto Expo, it will showcase its excellence in full swing at the 2010 Delhi Auto Expo. Toyota will showcase the prius hybrid at the expo. Toyota has been doing feasibility study of launching the prius hybrid in India. Toyota might also showcase a concept version of EFC (Entry Family Car) at the Delhi Auto Expo which will be launched by the end of 2010. Remember, Volkswagen has already confirmed its launch of polo at the Auto Expo.

Hunk is priced Rs. 56,675/- (ex-showroom Delhi) and splendor+ is priced Rs 40,000/- (ex-showroom Delhi ).
