KTM has launched the RC390 and RC200 finally in India. The bikes are priced Rs1.60 lakhs (RC200) and Rs2.05 lakhs (RC390). The prices indicated here are ex-showroom price, Delhi. These are introductory prices and prices may head norther in coming months.
Mumbai Prices are
KTM RC200 – Rs1.64 Lakhs –> Rs1.80 lakhs (on-road price)
KTM RC390 – Rs2.13 lakhs –>Rs 2.30 lakhs (on-road price)
For the first time,India is about to get this offer in the sportsbike segment in the name of RC 390 and RC 200 from the top selling company KTM. When you consider the case of KTM RC 390,It will be powered by the 373.2 cc single cylinder four- stroke liquid cooled engine that churns out 44bhp of power that get transmitted to the rear wheels via chain drive. This engine gets mated with a six-speed gearbox. With the presence of disc brakes at the front and the rear, braking power is so efficient. Though it weighs about 147 kg, it is the lightest motorcycle in the segment with good power to weight ratio. Fuel-tank will hold up to 10 litres giving
non-stop mileage up to 250kms.
For safety concerns ,ABS is being provided as a standard. Further the bike sports out twin projector headlamps, angular fairing style and daylight running lamps that gives the RC 390 a feel of looking at a sports bike. Moreover, it possess upside down front fork suspension, monoshock rear suspension and powder-coated tubular space frame made from steel tubes. KTM RC 200 is also said to be powered by the four-stroke liquid cooled engine mated to a six-speed gearbox,but with the displacement of 200cc.The power wil be produced at the maximum of 25 bhp,that is considered as the best-in-class.Similar to that of RC 390,ABS is being provided as the standard that can be switched off by holding a button situated at the instrument console.It shares the WP elescopic
