Datsun has launched their Go hatchback at a price in the range between Rs.3.12 lakhs to Rs. 3.69 lakhs. Datsun Go is based on the Nissan’s Micra platform. The Go hatchback is available in three trim levels. It offers four different shades such as blue, silver, white and red.
It is powered by a 1.2 litre, three cylinder petrol engine with five speed manual gear box. The engine can return an ARAI certified mileage of 20.63 kmpl. The engine can develop maximum power output of 67 bhp and maximum torque output of 104 Nm.
Follow me headlamps, engine immobilizer, wipers, gear shift guide and digital trip computer are available in all variants.The base level trim D is available with two versions D and D1. The D1 variant comes with left wing mirror, bottle holders and map pockets in the front doors but the D variant does n’t get this type of accessories. It is the major difference between the D and D1.
The top level trim comes with power steering, central locking, wheel covers, body colored bumpers and power windows. The middle level variant, A gets air conditioning, two speaker audio system with aux-in compatibility only. It also includes mobile phone stand, USB port and Jacquard seat upholstery.
