Suzuki has designed the Gixxer, targeting the youth in India,which is expected to hit the showrooms by August 15th.Even before its launch,its brochures has been unveiled.Most of the inspirations came from the traits of its predecessor and the legendary GSX-R sports bike.The fuel-tank will hold up to 12 litres of fuel.Its looks get highlighted with the presence fairing and headlamp.The motorcycle is equipped with a disc brake at the front and a drum brake at the rear.The Y-shaped alloy wheel will get 140/60R size tyre at the rear and 100/80 size tyre at the front,both of them are tubeless which are of 17-inch size.A four-stroke single cylinder air-cooled 155cc engine that produces 10.4kW, that is, 13.94bhp of power and 14Nm of torque will get mated to a five-speed manual gearbox,provided with electric start option along with a carburetted fuel system.Fuel-efficiency and the performance will be ensured with the aid of the SEP (Suzuki Eco Performance) technology.Suzuki will be available in five different colours-Metallic triton blue, Oort grey metallic, candy Antares red, peal mirage white and glass sparkle black.At present,booking commences,so you make reservations for the bike with the colour that you desire.
